A Must Visit For Gin Lovers
Four Pillars in Healesville has quickly become one of the Yarra Valley’s top attractions. For gin lovers, its paradise! The distillery is open daily from 10:30am to 5:30 and on Friday/Saturday evenings until 9pm.
Choose from a casual drink and bite to eat or go for a full tasting.
If you are looking for a casual drink and bite to eat then you can book a table inside at Beth’s Bar or outside at Jude’s Gin Garden. The menu below is available and you can order a tasting paddle or an extended range of drinks.
For those gin lovers that want a true tasting and educational experience then you can book in for a 55 minute tasting in the private Mezzanine. The tastings run hourly from 12pm on weekends for a maximum of 20 people per session. Tastings are $50 per person, which includes a signature G&T on arrival, followed by a tasting of five of our award-winning gins. You will also receive $25 off your Gin retail purchase.
