OUR FAVOURITE YARRA VALLEY WINE TOUR EXPERIENCES

Enjoying magnums of the No.1 ranked Rose in the Yarra Valley at Medhurst has to be one of the best ways to enjoy a day out in the YV.
A visit to Four Pillars Gin Distillery in Healesville is always a good time.
Seville Hill produces fantastic wines and the setting is absolutely stunning. Highly recommend this place for private groups particularly in the late afternoon.
Yarra Valley Dairy offers delicious platters or you can simply enjoy a free cheese tasting where you’ll get a small sample of 4 of their cheeses.
Yering Farm is a small family owned vineyard & orchard that is a great place for groups looking for a relaxed tasting and is a great spot to enjoy a picnic platter.
Enjoying a Pruners Platter at Yering Farm
Watts River Brewery is close to Four Pillars and you can order a tasting paddle of 5 beers for $20. This tasting includes 5 half pots of beer, 4 from our core range: Blonde, River Sessions, IPA & Stout + a beer of your choice from our tap selection.
One of the best value lunch options in the Yarra Valley is pizza at Watts River Brewery. They have four pizzas to choose from valued at just $16 each plus a variety of snacks, as well as steamed corn cobbettes which kids really love.

Your Guide – Jono Ingram

Good Times Tours is my passion project and since 2015 I’ve had the pleasure of running over 100 winery tours to the Yarra Valley, Heathcote, Macedon Ranges, Mornington Peninsula, Bellarine Peninsula, King Valley, Rutherglen and the Beechworth wine region. I’m an owner/operated business, so when you get in touch it will be me putting together your itinerary and driving you on the day. I’ve personally visited over 120 cellar doors throughout Victoria and a lot of micro-breweries, gin distillieries too, so you can have every confidence that I know where Victoria’s best cellar door experiences are and can accommodate a wine tour to suit your groups needs.

Jono went above and beyond to ensure that my family enjoyed Mornington and Great Ocean Road. He has been very accommodating to our family needs, and the little children also absolutely adored him! I would 200% recommend booking the private tour with Jono to anyone.

Jono (Good Time Tours) is a must if you are looking for something a bit bespoke and not your average trip out of Melbourne. Nothing was too difficult for Jono. From the suggested itinerary, the various pickups and then throughout the day, we had a knowledgeable local who shared his experiences with our group. Thanks Jono.... legend!

Organised this wine tour to celebrate a couple of birthdays from work. Jono was very approachable, accommodating and flexible in terms of letting us choose our lunch destination. Each cellar door was very welcoming as Jono knew some of the winemakers and introduced us to them. Jono even went as far as suggesting this gorgeous spot for a great autumn pic. Overall everyone absolutely enjoyed their time and we will most likely book Jono again.

We had an excellent trip to the Yarra Valley with Jono on Anzac Day. Nothing was too much trouble, from the initial enquiry the week before and arranging a tour that catered for the reduced mobility of two of our group. He was very flexible on the day as well. I would highly recommend touring with Jono.

We loved our 1 day winery tour in Heathcote. Jono had picked some great independent venues where you got to meet the owners and everything was well organised from start to finish. The bus was comfy and clean, price was very good value and Jono was a great host. Would definitely recommend!
